Is it possible to swap out the plain seat backs for ones with a map or storage pocket? The added convenience would be wonderful.

You can't just swap the seatbacks. They're specific to your car. But you can get seatback organizers to add storage.

Seatback organizers sound like a great alternative. I just do hope they provide enough storage for convenience without compromising the car’s design or functionality.
