From my experience with Minis, the brake slides on your 2019 Countryman should take a 7mm Allen wrench. If you’re buying a tool specifically for this job, you might want to get one that’s part of a brake caliper tool set, they often come with the exact sizes you’ll need and make the job easier. If you’re not sure, you could always confirm by checking the service manual or taking a quick peek at the bolts before starting. Some auto parts stores even let you borrow tools if you don’t already have the size you need.
