Mini R60 Going Haywire

My 2014 Mini R60's got some weird electrical gremlins going on. The phone connectivity keeps dropping, the radio randomly cuts out, and now the rear window’s acting all funky. Anyone else dealt with all these nonsense?

Yeah, I’ve been thinking it could be something like that. Took a quick look at the fuse box, but didn’t spot anything obvious. I'm starting to wonder if it’s a grounding issue, though.
